Our benefits package is designed to promote quality of life and reward exceptional performance.
HEALTH INSURANCE
We cover 100% of healthcare premiums, and offer multiple plans with $0 deductible. We offer a choice of Aetna and Kaiser medical plans, as well as Aetna and Metlife vision and dental plans, to meet employees needs. We provide employees using Atlas health insurance plans with $1000 in Health Reimbursement Account funds annually.
TIME OFF
We offer up to 25 days of paid time off and 11 paid Federal holidays. We also offer parental, bereavement, military, and jury duty leave.
FLEXIBILITY
Employees can make-up time in a given month rather than within a two-week period. Atlas is also willing to work with clients to accommodate part-time schedule requests.
SEMI-MONTHLY 401K COMPANY CONTRIBUTION
We offer semi-monthly safe harbor contributions to employees’ 401k plan accounts, and these are 100% vested from the first day of participation. We offer both Traditional and Roth 401k plans.
PEACE OF MIND
Atlas provides Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance at no cost to our employees.
BOTTOMLESS REFERRAL BONUS
Employees receive a monthly referral bonus if they refer a candidate who is hired by Atlas, for as long as the referring employee and their referral are both working at the company.
ADDITIONAL REWARDS
At Atlas, we align incentives to recognize and reward employees for high quality work and entrepreneurship. We offer discretionary bonuses for achievements such as significant contributions to mission, and for helping to win new work. We also reimburse each employee for up to $3,500 in professional development costs annually, including up to $1000 annually for business technology.
